When will I be charged?
If your card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
My payment has been declined
Your card issuer may have declined your payment – as they don’t tell us the reason for this, it’s best to check with them. If you are located outside of Canada, this could be because you are making an international purchase.
What currencies can I use?
All our pricing is in US funds.
I received an incorrect item
We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straightaway. Please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the incorrect item’s name and number.
Can I amend my order?
Yes you can, as long as the order has not yet shipped.
